I’m so sorry to be so long in getting this letter of thanks to you but we just got caught up in the holiday rush. I want you to know happy you have made me. You did such a beautiful job and you went up and beyond what we expected. You guys are great and you sure know to make us more than satisfied. We can tell that you take pride in what you do. Ivan catches me looking across the room smiling and asks what am I smiling at and I reply “I just love my new floors”. Anyhow, thanks again and it also was a pleasure meeting and talking with you.

Flooring by Tile Experts is a company I would highly recommend to everybody. From the very first phone call Chris Stewart and his partner James, have been the ultimate professionals. Chris was very accommodating to our needs and priorities. Having another home up north we did not have a lot of time to shop around various tile stores. Chris brought the samples of tile to our home to allow us to choose more easily and conveniently. We were getting the tile installed throughout the house so it had to match various pieces of furniture and bathroom fixtures. Chris was also able to explain the different types of tile from which to choose and the latest methods and grouts to use. He is very proud that their company is always striving to learn and use new techniques and materials. Since maintenance of the floor was one of our priorities, this was important for us to learn. Chris was also able to show their other work products on the computer, which also helped in our decision to select their company. The contract was handled in a professional manner as well with the use of a printer he brought right to the house.

As far as their company’s workmanship there is no company I have ever seen that compares. From the beginning of the old tile and carpeting removal to the last cleanup there was never a better project. He helped us find the carpeting we wanted (with a good price) too. We are so pleased with our tile floor and carpeting. Everyone who comes to our house agrees that they have never seen a better-looking floor or tile work done so well.

As a result of this good experience we decided to use Flooring by Tile Experts again for the remodeling of our master bathroom. Once again Chris did a professional job with printed plans and innovative ideas. He listened to what we wanted and created the plans to our liking. He spent hours making sure we were happy with the price as well. The workmanship was more than equal to their high standard and we are thrilled with our new bathroom.

In the future when we are ready to remodel our kitchen I know we will be calling Flooring by Tile Experts. They know how to do the complete job. They are truly the best in all categories-service, workmanship, dependability, perseverance, courtesy, honesty- everything you look for in a contractor.

The floor is a work of art! We would never consider putting even a throw rug over it; every bit of the surface is unique and distinctive. We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the project. You adhered to the promised timeframe and maintained continuous communication about the process. When the stain was applied, you recognized and brought to our attention that the color was not as expected. Rather than rationalizing or manufacturing excuses, you immediately offered to re-do the floor at your expense using another technique that would ensure the final product would match the sample we had agreed upon. Since we immediately fell in love with your initial effort, the re-do was not necessary.

We were thoroughly impressed with the high standards, integrity and pride with which you conducted this project. You guys are true artisans and highly ethical businessmen.
